「重陽」の意味
陽の数字である９が重なると「重陽」とよばれます。奇数は縁起が良いとされ、変化を受け入れる準備や、新しいことに挑戦するメッセージなどを暗示するそうです。16種類の手作り発酵惣菜とご飯と味噌汁で、18菌目をごゆっくりとお楽しみください。

“まごわやさしい”
バランスの取れた食事を意識するための合言葉 ”まごわやさしい” 。　「ま」豆類、「ご」胡麻類、「わ」わかめなどの海藻類、「や」野菜、「さ」魚類、「し」椎茸などの木の子類、「い」芋類を指します。

What Does “Chōyō” Mean?

The word Chōyō refers to the double occurrence of the number 9, which is considered a “yang” number in Eastern philosophy. Odd numbers are seen as auspicious, symbolizing readiness for change and the courage to embrace new challenges.
Enjoy the 18th fermentation experience with a nourishing meal of 16 types of handmade fermented side dishes, rice, and miso soup.

“Ma-Go-Wa-Ya-Sa-Shi-I”

iThis Japanese mnemonic promotes a well-balanced diet:
Ma(mame) = Beans、Go(goma) = Sesame seeds、Wa(wakame) = Seaweed、Ya(yasai) = Vegetables、Sa(sakana) = Fish、

Shi(sitake) = Mushrooms、I(imo) = Root vegetables
